About the brand

The German company Walberg Urban Electrics has been selling the EGRET premium brand since 2012. The second lifestyle brand, THE-URBAN, was added in 2017. Over that period, Walberg Urban Electrics has distributed more than 60 000 electric scooters. Its founder, Florian Walberg, started as an ordinary user of electric scooters. Based on his personal experience, he realized the huge potential of this new form of mobility. According to him, in the coming years the cities will have to adapt the roads and pavements in a new manner – shifting from internal combustion vehicles towards alternative forms of mobility .
