Attention - owners of NAMI scooters
Dear customers,
We have received a notice from the manufacturer NAMI specifying that the bearing shaft on some of its early models may break under certain conditions. If your NAMI scooter suffers a similar defect, all you need to do is to contact your seller with regard to ordering and replacing the aforementioned part.
The manufacturer covers the costs of the spare part itself. The scooter owner only pays for service work or s/he can replace the spare part himself/herself.
The manufacturer has also reassured the owners that it is safe to continue riding their scooters.
